How do I start ?
You can start by speaking to one of our property consultants on 01482 229922 or you can send us an email enquiry and we will call you within 24 hours. You will than be assigned to a property consultant who will help you build your property portfolio and will keep you updated when ever a new investment opportunity meeting your criteria arrives.
 
Is now a good time to invest ?
We believe it is always a good time to invest in property providing your property has been carefully selected and you are buying at the right price.
 
Can you help me plan how to build a portfolio?
Yes speak to one of our property consultants who will look at your needs and advise accordingly.
 
Do I need to view the property before i invest?
Most of our investors never view any of the properties they have purchased.They rely on the due diligence we have carried out and the figures given.We aim to make this an armchair investment so we ensure our own due diligence is thorough and we are able to put you in contact with letting/sales agents to ensure your property is in safe hands.We do however recommend all our investors to carry out their own due diligence and view the properties before purchasing for peace of mind.
 
Do you find/source discounted properties?
Yes we can find properties which are at discounted prices usually completion is required within 14 to 28 days and can be bought at 15 to 25% under market value.
 
Can I have more than one Buy to Let Property?
Of course you can .Most of our investors have bought several Buy to Let  properties through us and are still looking to grow there portfolios.
 
Can you help with mortgages?
We are not mortgage brokers and are unable to give mortgage advise however we work with 'packagers' who have access to the best mortgage products on the market and we can put you in contact with them.
 
Can you help with solicitors?
Yes we can recommend several solicitors who we have negotiated good rates with but you are free to use your own who you may have a good relationship with.

What are your Charges?
Our charges depend on your requirement of service and are available by speaking to a property consultant. Our initial consultation comes completely free and without obligation.
