Once we fully understand your goals and you reflect an interest we will provide you with details of suitable properties available with a detailed report on rent achievable and on refurbishment costs if any

Selection and purchase
Once you decide to proceed with a purchase we can recommend independent surveyors, solicitors, mortgage and insurance brokers if you require them,  alternatively, you can use your own.

Post purchase
All properties are let through Cherrywood Lettings and are marketed weekly before they are ready,
reducing any void periods.

SALES
It is important that there is an exit strategy for your investment we will be happy to advise on sale of a single unit or a large portfolio
